Florentia Mestdach1
F, b. 27 May 1651, d. 23 December 1691
Birth* | Florentia Mestdach was born on 27 May 1651 at Meulebeke, West Flanders, Belgium.2,3 |
Baptism | She was baptized on 30 May 1651 at Meulebeke, West Flanders, Belgium. Her godparents were Martin Mullart and Florentia Mullart. Judocus Degrande stood in a godfather for Martin Mullart.2 |
Marriage Bann | Marriage banns for Florentia Mestdach and Rogerius Naerdt were read on 14 October 1684 at Meulebeke, West Flanders, Belgium. The witnesses were Guill Vanackere and her sister-in-law, Maria Vandenbussche. There is an error in the date in the source; it shows "14 oct 1694" which is after her death. Based on the birth of their first child on 1 Oct 1685, I'm assuming the date should be 14 oct 1684.4 |
Marriage* | Florentia Mestdach married Rogerius Naerdt, son of Egidius Naert, on 29 October 1684 at Meulebeke, West Flanders, Belgium. The witnesses were his father, Egidius Naert and her sister-in-law, Maria Vandenbussche. Egidus Naert is his father if he is still living if not the witness is probably his brother. There is an error in the date in the source. The source shows "9 oct 1668". If his birth is correct he would only be age 13 at that time. As the birth of their first child is 1 Oct 1685, I'm assuming the date should be 29 Oct 1684.2,5 |
Death* | Florentia Mestdach died on 23 December 1691 at Meulebeke, West Flanders, Belgium, at age 30 years (actually age 40.)2,3 |
