Marr-Note* According to Walter Hanes and his descendants (1929) and NEHGR Jan 1893 "Descendants of Walter Haynes" Josiah son of Josiah and Mary (Haynes) Howe married Abigail Bigelow. According to The Bigelow Family Genealogy he married Sarah Bigelow. Bond's Genealogies of Watertown says Sarah Bigelow married Josiah How but does not give his parentage. As The Bigelow Family Genealogy (1986) by the Bigelow family society would appear to be the lastest on Bigelow information it seems likely that he married Sarah Bigelow. (It may be that Abigail and Sarah are the same person.)
